This should be an Emerald cut ranging from 0.20 carat to 0.30 carat. Haloing the center stone is a pre-embellished twin row of diamonds, 14 prong set round cut diamonds in the middle tier and 22 prong set round cut diamonds on the base tier. The split twisted shank features a diamond encrusted half twist, where 7 prong set round cut diamonds can be seen on either side.
